The P&F Association consists primarily of all parents and guardians of pupils enrolled at St. Munchin’s Catholic Primary School. It forms an integral part of the life of the school.
An executive committee manages the business affairs of the association. It includes the President, a Secretary and a Treasurer. Meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of the month. These meetings are held in the school library and are advertised, along with the association’s activities, in the school newsletter.
At the Annual General Meeting, held in conjunction with the Annual School Board
General Meeting, a report is given and nominations and elections take place. The Parents and

Hi Everyone, I hope you all had a lovely break over the school holidays and you are ready for a whirl wind month of fundraising. We have a few events this term so get out you calendars and bright coloured pens to mark the important following dates so don't forget.
Mother's Day stall Thursday the 4h May all monies to be in by the morning to guarantee that you don't miss out.
Mother's Day Night Friday 12th may, I have extended the RSVP date until Friday 5th May. Please return your slip and money by this date to ensure you don't miss out. It will be fun and relaxing evening.
Entertainment Book Sale Thursday 18th and Thursday 25th May. These books will be available for sale on these two dates before school and after school. If you wish to purchase the book you will find us at the undercover area where you can purchase you book. A flyer will go home after mother's day.
Sausage Sizzle Thursday 8th June If you would only like a bun, we can cater, if you would only like a sausage, we can cater, all I ask is that you please clearly make the bag when it comes home.
QUIZ Nite Friday 23rd June This will run in the hall and tickets will go on sale on the 1st June. You will need a table of 8 - 10. The MC will be Michaela Carr from the ABC. Tickets will be limited so once they go on sale be sure to book yours early. More details as the evening gets closer.
